In an interview with Fuse, Justin revealed the song would be featured on the Believe repackage.[1][2]
“Backpack” is about an alien that I find and I put it in his backpack. It's the only alien left and then all of a sudden Lil Wayne starts rapping as the alien on the end of the song.[3]
