Policies Regarding Protection and Renaming (Moving) Of Articles
1. Certain pages like the about page of this wiki and the main article of Justin Bieber will be indefinitely protected, both renaming and editing wise and will only be edited by administrators, bureaucrats and patrollers (note: patrollers will have to be given temporary administrative rights)
2. Some articles such as lyrics of Justin Bieber songs, Policies regarding orderly conduct and other will be semi protected and renaming indefinitely locked down to prevent vandals
