Clever is an American singer, songwriter and rapper. In October 2019, Clever told HotNewHipHop that Justin Bieber had recently called him about doing a song with him on his new album.[1]
Justin Bieber had found Clever on Instagram and said to himself that this guy's tone was crazy and has an insane vibe. [2]
