Ed Sheeran is an English singer-songwriter, actor, guitarist and record producer.
Personal life[]
Ed Sheeran said he’s constantly cautious of keeping his weight down and that his bulimia began when he started comparing himself to other pop stars. Speaking to Rolling Stone magazine in March, he revealed after collaborating with Shawn Mendes and Justin Bieber, who he says “both have fantastic figures”, he began struggling with his image.[1]
Relationship[]
Justin first met Ed Sheeran at the Z100's Jingle Ball 2012.
Justin was at the green carpet of Ed's movie. “I think Ed is super talented, one of the most talented writers and guitar players we have right now, so to come here was nothing, I love supporting him,” Justin exclusively told Global’s Kevin Hughes. “We’ve known each other for some years now and he’s just overall just a great guy.?”[2]
“There’s something about him that just makes you like him. We gotta make sure he doesn’t do something stupid to mess it all up.”[3]
One time Ed Sheeran smashed Justin Bieber in the face with a golf club. “We were in Japan. We’d been out to a dive bar. He just drank water and I got hammered. Then we went to a golf course, and he lay on the floor and put a golf ball in his mouth and told me to hit it out of his mouth. I was like, ‘Fuck, I need to aim this properly,’ and I swung. And you know in films when someone gets punched, and you hear that fake sound, like a slap? But in real life when someone gets punched, you hear that dull thud, a bit sickening? I heard a sound like the last one, and saw his security guard looking at me like” – Ed Sheeran pulled a horrified expression.[4]
