In January 2013, Moshe Benabou filed a lawsuit against Justin Bieber. He stated that Justin had attacked him sometime in October 2012. Moshe wanted charges against Justin for assault and battery, in addition to $420,000 in unpaid overtime. According to Moshe the story goes like this: a member of Justin's entourage was trying to get to Justin but Moshe restrained him. However, Justin disagreed with that and berated him by punching him multiple times in the chest[1][2] Eventually, Justin and Moshe settled the lawsuit before it reached court.[3]
