Miley Ray Cyrus (born Destiny Hope Cyrus; November 23, 1992) is an American singer, actress, and songwriter. Her father is country singer Billy Ray Cyrus. She held minor roles in the television series Doc and the film Big Fish in her childhood.

After a Dinner date in 2010 many rumors started that Justin and Miley were dating. He later denied they were dating on the Ellen Show.[1]. He pranked Miley on Punk'd while she wanted to prank Justin.
When he was going through a very hard time and he would talk about his relationship problems to Miley. Selena would be really angry at Miley and Justin for talking about her. [2][3]

On August 19,2020 Miley shared a snap from Andrew Watt's studio. "Back in the studio and just heard that ‘Midnight Sky’ is having the biggest radio add week of my CAREER and it’s #1 most added at Pop and Hot AC,” she captioned the neon-lit photo. “Every radio programmer who added it is rad as f**k and everyone who didn’t well… Big f**kin’ thanks to my team and bad a** label!.[4]
Not only that, but Cyrus herself responded to an IG account that posed the question outright, "Do you think Justin and Miley are going to work together?" the account asked. Cyrus, not one to mince words, liked the post.
Where Bieber also shared a snap of himself from the exact same studio.
