On exclusive, PEOPLE magazine commented that Hailey Bieber was 6 months pregnant according to its reliable sources. This was confirmed at the end of July, where Hailey was on the cover of W Magazine and commented on it: "I was honestly able to keep it quiet because I stayed small for a long time”... “I didn’t have a belly, really, until I was six months pregnant, which was when I announced it. I was able to wear big jackets and stuff.” She also commented that she could have hidden the pregnancy until the end, adds: “But I didn’t enjoy the stress of not being able to enjoy my pregnancy outwardly. I felt like I was hiding this big secret, and it didn’t feel good. I wanted the freedom to go out and live my life.”

There was a rumor on internet that on August 22, Hailey was seen on the hospital and that she had given birth that day, but this was not taken seriously since these types of rumors had circulated several times and were not true. It was not until a day later, on August 23, 2024, through an Instagram and Threads post, Justin Bieber revealed the birth of his first child with the caption: "WELCOME HOME JACK BLUES BIEBER🐻." Although he posted on August 23, the exact date of birth was not known. Until on August 27, model Adwoa Aboah posted on Instagram that her first daughter had been born on the 23rd of that month. Hailey commented the photo, and Adwoa responded "one day apart," referencing Jack Bieber being born one day before his daughter. Confirming that Jack was born on August 22, one day before Justin's Instagram post.
This was officially confirmed when TMZ leaked the baby's birth certificate in early September. Jack Blues Bieber was born on August 22, 2024 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at 4:32 PM Los Angeles time.
