Leaked content

You are welcome to document and create pages about unreleased songs by Justin Bieber. However, uploading or sharing MP3 files or any other copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. We respect copyright laws, and such content will be removed immediately.

Fan-fiction or "fanon" content

Fan created content should only be present on a personal blog or a discussions post. It should never be created as an actual page on the wiki, as to not spread misinformation.

Image management

Proper image management is important for maintaining an organized and visually appealing wiki. Here are some best practices for uploading and managing images:

Add Images to articles or galleries: All images should be added to relevant articles or gallery pages.
Image naming: Give each image a proper name that clearly describes what the image contains. Avoid using names that are just numbers or random characters.
Image sources: If possible, include the source of the image in the description (e.g., website, photographer, or official release).
Unique images: Before uploading a new image, check if it has already been uploaded. If you have a higher-quality version, re-upload it as a replacement.
Updating or uploading artist image: If you want to update the artist image in the song infobox (e.g., for Justin Bieber or any other artist), either replace the existing image with a more recent one (ensure it’s in a square format) or upload a new image, naming the file using the artist's name in the format Firstname Lastname.jpg (e.g., Justin Bieber.jpg) or ArtistName.jpg (e.g., FINNEAS.jpg), and ensure it is also in a square format.

Grammar

Spelling

Please always keep the content in American English (example: use "favorite" instead of "favourite").

Capitalization

When creating page titles, please use the correct capitalization as it appears in official sources. For example, Justin Bieber's album SWAG should be written in all caps, not as "Swag". Always refer to the proper formatting to maintain consistency and accuracy across the wiki.

Tone

Content should never be biased towards a specific individual. Never include personal opinions, and always try and think about what you're writing from a different point of view. Make sure to always use a professional tone, avoiding cliché, vagueness, slang, and filler words.

Quotation marks vs italicizing

Albums, EPs and mixtapes should be italicized, while songs should be put in quotation marks.

Display titles

The {{DISPLAYTITLE}} template should only be used in specific cases:

Removing disambiguation: For example, a page titled Changes (song) can use {{DISPLAYTITLE:Changes}} to display the simpler title without the disambiguation.
Correcting capitalization: Fandom automatically capitalizes the first letter of page titles. Use {{DISPLAYTITLE}} to maintain lowercase letters where needed. For example, a page titled Bad Guy can be displayed as {{DISPLAYTITLE:bad guy}}.
Italicizing album or EP titles: To match official styling, album or EP titles can be italicized using {{DISPLAYTITLE}}. For example, to display the title SWAG in italics, use: {{DISPLAYTITLE:''SWAG''}}
Special characters: For titles with special characters (like hashtags). For example, the song #thatPOWER should have the page titled thatPOWER and display the hashtag using: {{DISPLAYTITLE:#thatPOWER}}

Page deletion

If you wish to delete a page, you can propose it for deletion by adding the {{delete}} template to the page. This template alerts admins and other users that the page is up for review and may be deleted.
