Background[]

Justin initially wrote the lyrics in a caption on an Instagram post on March 24, 2014. In the second episode of the YouTube documentary, Justin Bieber: Seasons, the song title was written down on a note. Justin sang the song during an Instagram live on January 31, 2020.

Leak[]

A snippet of the song surfaced online in 2023 following a very low-quality snippet leaking the previous year from a Discord call. The full song eventually leaked on LEAKED.cx on May 19, 2025.
