Don't let the pants wear you, wear the pants

Ryan Good is the creative director of Justin Bieber's clothing line, Drew House

Usher felt that Justin needed another influence to guide him in the industry and develop his look, so they brought Ryan Good on board to be his road manager. Bieber's team couldn't afford a stylist, so Ryan was helping out with Bieber's style.[1]

Then Justin, in an interview one time, as a joke, was like, “Ryan, over there, that’s my swag coach.” Just kind of clowning. In the articles, everyone ran with the swag coach thing. Ryan Good hated the word “swagger coach” as much as “stylist”. “He was a straight male so he didn’t want to be known as a stylist. He didn’t teach me how to walk or anything,” Bieber explains.[2][3]
