SchoolBoy Records is an American record label established in 2007 by Justin Bieber's manager Scooter Braun through his School Boy Entertainment, part of SB Projects, a full-service entertainment and marketing company encomassing a wide range of ventures including Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), SB Consulting, SB Management, and Sheba Publishing. The label has a special business arrangement with Universal Music Group. In late 2012, Universal Republic Records converted back to Republic Records, making many artists under the roster move to Republic. SchoolBoy is now distrbuted by Republic Records.
